TERMS OF SERVICE

The agreement between you and AHONIM

These Terms of Service explain how AHONIM works, what you can expect from us, and what we ask of you in return. Our intention is clarity, respect, and transparency.

1. About AHONIM

AHONIM is a digital reflection platform owned and operated by Ahonim LLC, a subsidiary of Tabiri Group. AHONIM offers written identity reflections based on information you voluntarily provide, including birth details, your selected focus area, and any optional notes you choose to include.

AHONIM does not provide medical, psychological, legal, financial, employment, credit, or other regulated professional advice. The reflections you receive are interpretive, informational, and intended for personal insight only.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use AHONIM. By using this service, you confirm that you are legally able to enter into this agreement and provide the information that you submit.

3. What AHONIM provides

When you complete an assessment, AHONIM creates a written reflection based on the birth information and personal input you provide. Your Profile is the first reflection you receive. Paid tiers unlock additional depth, structure, and guidance without replacing the original Profile.

AHONIM is designed as a guided written experience. Delivery may vary based on system availability, payment confirmation, and processing conditions, but the platform is built to make unlocked materials available through your AHONIM card page.

AHONIM may update the structure, depth, formatting, naming, or availability of reflections as the platform evolves. These updates do not guarantee that previously delivered materials will be rewritten, expanded, or regenerated.

4. Your responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information to the best of your ability. The quality and relevance of your reflection depend on the accuracy of what you submit.

You also agree not to misuse the platform, interfere with its functioning, attempt unauthorized access, bypass payment or access controls, copy restricted materials, or use AHONIM in any way that violates applicable law.

5. Payments and billing

Paid tiers are processed through trusted third-party payment providers. Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and may change over time.

When you purchase a paid tier, you authorize Ahonim LLC and its payment partners to process your payment. Payment card details are handled by the payment provider and are not stored by AHONIM.

Refund terms are described in the Refund Policy.

6. Access to your reflection

Your AHONIM card page is intended to let you return to your Profile and unlocked materials. You are responsible for keeping any access link, email, or identifying information reasonably secure.

We may restrict, suspend, or remove access where we reasonably believe there has been misuse, unauthorized access, payment abuse, technical manipulation, or activity that could harm the platform or other users.

7. Intellectual property and personal use

AHONIM’s website, platform structure, design system, branding, page layouts, written framework, product language, supporting materials, and underlying systems are the intellectual property of Ahonim LLC or its licensors.

You may save, print, and privately share your personal reflection for your own personal use. You may not reproduce, publish, sell, scrape, redistribute, imitate, or commercially use AHONIM materials without written permission.

8. No guarantees or professional advice

AHONIM reflections are interpretive and descriptive. They are not predictions, guarantees, promises, diagnoses, or instructions. You remain fully responsible for your decisions, actions, relationships, finances, health, and life choices.

Do not use AHONIM as a substitute for professional medical, psychological, legal, financial, safety, or emergency guidance. If you need professional help, contact a qualified professional or appropriate emergency service.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ahonim LLC and Tabiri Group are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, whether in contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or otherwise.

In all cases, the total liability of Ahonim LLC for any claim related to this service is limited to the amount you paid for the specific AHONIM purchase giving rise to the claim.

10. Data practices

By using AHONIM, you consent to the data practices described in our Privacy Policy and Data Handling Disclosure.

These include data collection, storage, retention, deletion, analytics, and service-provider practices relating to assessments, reflections, payments, communications, and website usage.

11. Service availability and changes

AHONIM may be unavailable from time to time because of maintenance, hosting issues, software updates, payment-provider issues, security concerns, or other operational conditions.

We may modify, pause, discontinue, or limit parts of the platform when needed. We will try to act responsibly, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access or permanent availability of every feature.

12. Changes to these Terms

Ahonim LLC may update these Terms from time to time to reflect platform changes, business needs, or legal requirements. When updates occur, the “Last updated” date will be revised.

Continued use of AHONIM after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the appropriate courts located in Pennsylvania.
