This policy explains how AHONIM collects, uses, stores, and protects the information you share with us. Our aim is to be clear, responsible, and respectful with your data.

1. Overview

No system can be guaranteed completely secure, but we work to protect your information responsibly and to limit access where it is not needed.

6. Data retention

We retain your assessment data so you can revisit your AHONIM card and unlocked materials later. If you request deletion, we will remove your stored assessment data and associated reflections, except where we need to keep limited records for legal, accounting, fraud-prevention, or payment-related compliance.
