REFUND POLICY

Our approach to refunds

AHONIM reflections are generated individually for you based on the information you provide. Because they are digital, personalized, and delivered immediately, refunds work differently here than with physical goods.

1. General refund terms

AHONIM reflections, including unlocked paid tiers, are digital products created specifically for you. Once your reflection has been generated and delivered, the sale is considered final.

For this reason, refunds are available only in limited situations described below.

2. When a refund may be granted

A refund may be considered if:

  • You were charged more than once for the same purchase
  • You were charged but did not receive the purchased tier because of a verified system error
  • A technical problem on our side prevented delivery and could not be corrected within a reasonable time

3. When refunds are not available

Refunds are generally not available when:

  • Your reflection was successfully generated and delivered
  • You disagree with or dislike the content of the reflection
  • You entered incorrect information during the assessment
  • You changed your mind after purchase

4. Before generation or delivery

If a paid tier was purchased but has not yet been generated or unlocked, contact us as quickly as possible. If fulfillment has not started, a refund may still be possible.

5. Corrections instead of refunds

In some cases, the right solution may be correction rather than refund. If there was a clear input or delivery issue that can be fixed, we may correct the problem and reissue access instead of reversing the transaction.

6. How to request a refund review

To request review of a charge, email:

Include the email used for the purchase, the approximate transaction date, and a short description of the problem.

7. Processing approved refunds

If a refund is approved, it will be returned through our payment provider. Refunds typically appear on your statement within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
